Fall is here and trip to the USA
In my studies
“I will. Be clean.” Like most people, I don’t spend a lot of time in the book of Leviticus but recently chapters 13 and 14 have become real for me. Chapter 13 deals with someone who gets leprosy, how to identify it, and what to do with the person who has it. Chapter 14 deals with what to do when the person is healed from it. Chapter 14 was never practiced in the 1500 years of that law until Jesus healed the leper in Mark 1. It has me thinking of how many other promises is God waiting to fulfil today. Am I open to how God wants to use me to bless the people around me?
In the ministry
Our whole ministry and goal is to simply love, connect, and bless the people in our lives pointing them to Jesus the source of all blessings and joy. All we do is relational in nature and some ways not anything special. What makes it special is we have arranged our lives to make our home the place where people come to drop off their kids, get coffee, get pie, cry, laugh, talk, be heard, and receive truth in love. We feel blessed to have this community and have had many different people in and out of our home over the last few months. Our prayer is that through our hospitality, actions, and words our friends will come to know Jesus.
3 of 21 and a trip to the States
We are still praying and searching for partners to join us in our ministry by giving financially. We now have officially 3 partners giving 100 US dollars monthly. We are looking for at least 18 more to join us. If you are interested in a monthly or a one-time gift you can give it at Give (gobluefire.com) and select the fund for Johnson family Slovakia. I will be travelling to the States and arriving on November 4th and will be there until the 24th. If you would like to meet with me in person please contact me through email noah.daniel.johnson@gmail.com or through Whatsapp at +421948061337 and lets set up a date to meet.
In the home
My parents have been staying with us for over a month and it has been great having them here. We spent a few days with them in Budapest and also took a trip with them to Bratislava to visit with some of our old friends from English camps from the past.
School has started and so has the spinning wheel of school and after school activities. Matus has asked about being baptized and Lord willing will be baptized on the 29th of October!
Please pray for
Spiritual and physical protection for our family
For Jesus to open the eyes of our friends to see Him for who He truly is
For a safe journey to and from the States
For partners in ministry to join us and help support us in our ministry
