Thanksgiving and going home!
That is true. And those who have left their houses, their lands, their parents, or their families for My sake, and for the sake of this good news will receive all of this 100 times greater than they have in this time—houses and farms and brothers, sisters, mothers, and children, along with persecutions—and in the world to come, they will receive eternal life. Mark 10:29-30 -The Voice
This holiday I am thankful for family and friends across the globe. The trip was full and fruitful. I am thankful for all of you who have sat with me for coffee, lunch, and dinner, and let me share our ministry and heart for Slovakia. New and old friends who are partnering with us through prayer and support. Thank you all so much for joining us in our work and helping us to keep it going. I’m thankful for my wonderful wife holding down the fort alone while I have been gone. It’s with a full stomach and heart that I will be returning to my family and home tomorrow. We still have room on our monthly financial support team. If you are interested in joining us please let me know.
Please pray for
• Safe journeys back home to Slovakia
• We are applying for the mission organization GEM. Pray for leading as we go through this process
• Pray for us as we begin the process of building a ministry team in Slovakia
• Pray for us as we seek to build a community where everyone would have the opportunity to hear and understand the good news of Jesus, experience a healthy community of Jesus, and learn to walk in the way of Jesus in their contexts
